Each player can play (put down) up to 3 Property cards, Action cards, Money cards or any combination of the three each turn.He or she then take two cards from the deck. If a player has no cards when their turn starts, they draw 5 cards on their turn. Each player must take 2 cards when their turn starts.Decide who should go first (play continues clockwise).Put the remaining cards face down in the center to create the draw pile.Then shuffle the remaining 106 cards and distribute 5 cards to each player face down. Take out 4 simple rule cards for reference.The cards in the 110-card deck represent properties and wild cards, various denominatins of Monopoly money used to pay rent, and special action cards which can either be played for their effects or banked as money instead.
